Premier Urgent Care

My daughter was sick and had a scheduled sick visit at UH. They refused to see my daughter stating that she needed to switch from uptown and use that specific location (185th) when she was already with UH. I was able to register for Premier Urgent Care online and be seen as soon as we walked into the lobby of Premier. The staff was pleasant and NP Tawana came in and immediately identified the cause of the issues my daughter had. Tawana was phenomenal and sent in meds for my daughter to our pharmacy. She was very quick and efficient! Thank you again Tawana, you put this mom at ease!

I saw the nurse practitioner name T. Cunningham, she was unprofessional and spoke to me in a raised disrespectful tone in front of the entire staff, and the patients in the waiting room. I felt embarrassed, dismissed and uncomfortable during my visit. Patients deserved to be treated with respect. And this interaction fell far below that standard. She deserves to be fired. I became emotional because I am dealing with a lot concerning my health, instead of her showing me compassion, she mocked me and told me to go home and cry, in front of everyone then told me to leave. Her behavior was again unprofessional, humiliating and completely inappropriate for a health care provider.

Very impressed!! Clean, professional staff. Tawana, the NP examined me, told me I sounded terrible and she was right...and sent scripts over to my pharmacy. I would DEFINITELY GO BACK. In and out in a short time! Thank you!

First Time Patient and my experience was great. Very Clean , Calm atmosphere and the Nurse Tawana was awesome! She was welcoming and assuring, even made me laugh.

Came here cause my doctors office didnt answer which I in same building. First off you register your self on a tablet .then it sends you things to do on your phone which wasnt the bad part for me that was easy but for older lady she was struggling. The lady seemed fantastic. Only problem is i never received my test results.. was supposed to get then the next day no call Monday no call so Tuesday I call and got put on hold for 15 mins I had to hang up my break at work was over .
