About Dr. Nicholas Sochacki, APRN-CNP
Nicholas Sochacki, APRN-CNP, graduated with his Masters of Science in Nursing from The University of Toledo in 2018 and earned his Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Purdue Global University in 2023. He most recently worked in the ProMedica Flower Hospital Intensive Care Unit as a registered nurse for the past seven years. His passion within the medical field involve lifestyle modification, as well as educating patients in order to improve their quality of life. When Nicholas is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and three dogs. He also enjoys being outside, watching sports and playing euchre and backgammon.
