I was a patient of hers for a few months. At first things went okay, I was pleased. After a time I was having serious b/p problems, she said those were not serious, I was making too much of it. I am RN w/ 30yrs exp in ER/ICU/PACU. I was called on the phone by her MA, read out like a 3yr old! I hung up on her and called KMC patient relations and reported the interaction. I finally got the cardiologist I wanted, Dr Gibson. Ruddy was unprofessional and fired her as my cardiologist! First time I have had a doctor of mine treat me like that. She was satisfied keeping my b/p 150-160!! I know am in the 120s

The cardiologist I saw was very condescending & told me that all the other cardiologist I saw in the past were wrong & that nothing was wrong with my heart. I believe the staff acts bad towards U if U don't have gud insurance & they don't really want 2 except it (government or cheap insurance).
