Dr Franco was very thorough in explaining the results of the echo and other details related to my heart health. She is also very warm and likable, this was my first visit but she made me very comfortable in talking with her.
The James excellent care & very clean. The Rhodes very dirty. All they cared about was going into a new building. Trash on floors & elevators. What about patients who are there now.
The guy that took my blood was great! BUT when you get a call the next day - "Can you please come back in - we lost a tube of your blood". I've never experienced that..
Hi my name is Laurie Pritchett and I been seeing Dr. Franco since 2012 and my health has gotten so much better. I was on oxygen 24/7 and now I only us it at night. My heart is back to normal range. Also they had to pull out around 7,000 ccs of fluid out from around my heart was in the hospital for 22 days and Dr Franco came and saw me every day when she was working. I will always recommend her to anyone that is having heart and lung problems. Thank you, Laurie
