Patient
Went to OSU Ross to have my pacemeker data downloaded. No complaints about medical services received. However the check in process seems clumsy. Why does one have to check in at three places. Each station did only one or two tasks. Two stations would have sufficed. Then one waits in an area that is fairly noisy and unorganized. I sat there while about six others were called ahead of me. That was understandable. It was not a long wait. However not one of the six was able to respond to their first call because they did not hear their name. I turned my chair so I was looking directly at the door were individual who came to get me would come out. I heard the first call. A simple message board could alieviate that problem. I believe there is a number on the wrist band that could be used to call each patient. This would not expose anyones name to the public. Just a thought.
