Dr. Vincent L. Guinn, MD

I revisited Doctor Vincent for my heart health care. As always, he took his time to discuss my condition with me, explaining everything thoroughly and providing valuable advice on my heart-healthy diet. I appreciate that Doctor Vincent truly cares for his patients, unlike some hospital clinics that seem more focused on the number of patients they see and meeting their quotas.

Dr. Vincent Guinn, is a very kind, compassionate professional. He's been my cardiologist since 2011. I had a quadruple bypass surgery 4/27/22 by 7/22 his office manager Wendy mentioned that I had an outstanding balance of $100. while I was still recovering in rehabilitation due to suffering a stroke the day after my heart surgery. Wendy sent my balance to collections, told me to clear the debt as well as get verification that it had been paid off before I could schedule a follow up from surgery! After doing so I was advised by Wendy the office manager to find another cardiologist due to my account being sent to collections!!! I have never been so confused since I literally had appointments with Dr.Guinn every 3-6 months and you certainly can NOT schedule appointments with an outstanding balance...Wendy the office manager has displayed the absolute worst service, mannerism, lack of consideration simply heartless management of Dr. Guinn's practice. The person and professional that he is and has always been, deserves someone who actually cares about his patients lives and well being. I've never been so mistreated and disrespected in my life while dealing with the most difficult experience of my life. I was literally removed as a patient 2 months after my heart surgery, not owing a single cent to the practice and never have I ever had a lengthy balance ever!! She's a horrible human being...prayerfully Dr. Guinn will quickly remove her from his staff. Literally everyone else in that office are great people, kind and supportive. I'm truly praying for Wendy's removal from that office as well as her wellness bc she's really sick! I simply don't want anyone else being treated as poorly as she treated me.

Went to see this Cardiologist Vincent Guinn when he had his own private practice off of Broad Street. They performed test and then the office kept rescheduling my appointment for results. Then they closed the practice as he joined a hospital. The following months I had a Heart Attack which resulted in Triple Bi Pass surgery. Wondering if he would have provided my results it would have been caught sooner. Now the invoice is a negative on my credit report. Never got results and got billed. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I can't say enough about Dr. Guinn and his staff. Numerous years ago, I had the pleasure of helping Dr. Guinn with his medical equipment needs for his office. Two years ago, I experienced a heart attack while on vacation and needed Dr. Guinn's services once I returned to Ohio. Since I have been in the healthcare arena for almost 30 years, I have had the opportunity to see the good, the bad and ugly of our healthcare system. I can say that Dr. Guinn is one of the good guys!! He is a compassionate and thoughtful person. He's always given me the time to ask as many questions as I wanted. Thank you Dr. Guinn for everything you do!!

Such a courteous and thorough Physician with Excellent bedside manners which is very monumental in this day and time!
