August 28th an in office visit with Dr.Wiseman to establish as a new patient. My ICD has been sitting in my armpit for 4yrs now. Last home medtronic upload was January 2024. Dr.Wiseman said give it a week to 10 days to set up the pocket revision. It's now been 1 month. It's been a circus trying to get help from this office...from KELLY..to JIM. Neither one seem to know what they are doing. Very disappointed in how I have been treated.
I found Dr. Wiseman to be, not only highly skilled, but also compassionate about my concerns and feelings. He has seen me through a number of years of a-fib and an ablation procedure which I resisted for quite a while. I always felt like I was getting the best knowledge medicine has to offer and he was flexible with my reluctance to consider the ablation procedure for a couple of years until things got worse. I could not recommend him highly enough.
I would leave no stars but that isn't a option. Honestly do not feel this doctor was welcoming or even cared about what his patient had to say. He came in the room already with a "plan" before knowing any symptoms. He got snippy with me when I asked a simple question. Extremely rude, like I was bothering his ego by questioning his "plan". Also, the MA that came in was very nice but didn't know how to work the machine which makes anyone feel nervous and uncomfortable. I'm sure this comment won't show since he doesn't have 1 bad review listed yet. Highly disappointed
