James Ramson is extremely caring for his patients! James is extremely knowledgeable in his chosen specialty of Cardiology. He always makes certain that his patients questions, concerns and any fears are addressed and answered. He never rushes his patients.
Telephone visit. James Ramson called me 35 minutes early. I missed the call because I was taken by surprise. James Ramson never attempted to make it right. Avoid Metro Health cardiology. Better to go to Cleveland Clinic. I'll follow up with my hospitalization coverage to make sure James Ramson does not attempt to charge me because he missed our appointment. I feel as if he considers himself better and more important than us commoners.
I love metro health it hasn't failed me yet. Although I've never had to go for any trauma so I don't know what that is like. Sometimes you may spend hours in the ER and that is due to the over whelming visits by many in need of care. Just gotta have patience
