I have been a nurse for 20 years and have worked with doctors from many specialties including cardiology. Dr. Menon was thoughtful, deliberate and engaged throughout my visit. All medications and treatment had detailed explanations. Dr. Menon delivers superior care.

Couple weeks ago I had an appointment with Dr. Menon to follow up on some chest discomfort that has been causing me shortness of breath and dizziness. Two years ago my echo showed mitral valve regurgitation, this year I not only showed regurgitation in my mitral valve but in 2 of my other valves. Literally, in 2 years 3 of my valves are now regurgitating. So, what did doctor Menon do? Nothing. NOTHING. He sent me home saying that my chest discomfort and shortness of breath and inability to exercise with weights heavier than 15pounds WAS NOT related to my heart. If you can, look for another doctor. I don't know how he gets 5 stars rating. Ah and the worst was that he seemed bothered by all my questions, and literally didn't listened to any of my concerns and said my time was over (he didn't see me for more than 7 minutes but his intern)... I mentioned some of my readings and investigation on the matter, he listed out all his obtained degrees and sent me home. Not humble. Not professional. The worst doctor experience ever. Try another doctor.
