Cleveland Clinic is so impressive! Their renowned Physicians, Nurses, to their staff were professionals in all aspects. Cleveland had so much to offer as well. The architecture, Restaurants, and Museums gave us an escape from the stress of dealing with pressure of my husband's heart surgery. Thank you Cleveland and all the lovely people we met. The Marriott Residence Inn and staff were amazing. They treated us like family and made our 10-day stay feel almost like home.
Great Doctors,really huge Hospital,very clean place plus,kids can have a lot to do while mom& dad get everything taking care of,best health options possible only given here,thank God for his help& blessings of many people & hospitals
Horrible to drop patients off! Valet service would not let me drop my mom off (who has trouble walking) at the "patient drop off" sign because we weren't valet. They kept screaming at my dad who was driving and wanted us to drop my mom off on the corner of the street and walk the rest of the way. I told them we were dropping her off at the sign. I got out with my mom, then the valet purposely parked a vehicle in front of my dad to block him in and he was not able to see my mom before the surgery. Extremely rude to us on an already already stressful day valet even told my dad that the sign isn't right.
The food and professional care was above and beyond my expectations.
I don't know if it's just me, but all of these valet people are awesome!! They are always so kind and polite. A few of them recognize me after being here a few times...and now they're even nicer!! What a great first interaction to have after dealing with traffic to get there!
