Staff is friendly and they have done a really good job of managing wait times that have gotten crazy at some other health networks. Contacting a living person for scheduling can be challenging. There are too many "press 1 for etc" options.

I went to get a shoulder x-ray. This place was great. I did not have to wait long at all. They greet you at the door because they take coronavirus precautions. Someone then takes you to a receptionist to get you signed in. Great service.
