My husband and I just had an appointment with Dr. Raymond today regarding my husband's heart health. Of all the specialists we've been to recently, Dr. Raymond was the most informative, taking the time to explain in detail test results and what needed to be done moving forward. His manner is very calming, and he is a really good listener. I highly recommend him.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Raymond and nurse Amanda R. at his office. Dr. Raymond saw my mom and determined she needed a different type of cardio specialist after reviewing new test results. Instead of just sending her on her way he continued care and made medication changes (while on vacation) and facilitated transition to a different specialist within a week. Amanda R. followed up, followed through, answered questions, got us to the right place, and expressed empathy and knowledge during a confusing and difficult time. Dr. Raymond and Amanda R. went above and beyond what is expected. Amanda R., Dr. Raymond, and his staff are the gold standard of patient care.
Dr. Raymond and his nurse Amanda are extremely caring. Dr Raymond is extremely knowledgeable. Both he and Amanda do not rush and instead they take time to make you comfortable and to clearly explain the diagnosis, medications and what they are doing to help you.
