I was initially very pleased with Dr Menon who I was referred to after an ER visit. I later found out he coded the visit for something other than the follow up. As a result, this office visit is not being covered by my insurance. I have requested multiple reviews which the office manager has denied. My insurance advocate has reviewed the notes and confirmed that the visit would be covered if it's coded correctly. After reviewing notes from my visit, I'm not sure Dr. Menon and I were in the same room. I've lost confidence in the doctor and the practice. Edit: To be clear, he used a very generic diagnosis code which, in my opinion, was sloppy and lazy. It shows me that he really was not engaged with me as a patient.

Dr Menon was my attending physician while at Christ Hospital and I can not say enough for his expertise and bedside manner. I strongly feel I received the best possible care as well as answering my questions and making me feel comfortable with my new Diagnosis.

Dr Menon and his staff are always so professional and friendly. Today his assistant LaRenda was the perfect example of "Exemplary Customer Service". She is a great asset to his office. She went that extra mile when I needed it most. KUDOs to LaRenda. Thank you. Dr. Menon is also exceptional. Thank you from a very grateful patient.
