Scheduled my appointment about two months ago, was put on the waitlist for an earlier appointment, accepted the appointment. Filled out the questionnaire for the appointment so I didn't have to do it when I arrived, had multiple confirmation texts as well as phone calls confirming my appointment with Dr. Anslinger. Showed up to my appointment only to be told that my appointment was cancelled by me. I explained to them I never cancelled my appointment and even had confirmation texts and voicemails explaining it was confirmed. The receptionist was rude and wouldn't listen. Advised "we can't cancel your appointment" then said the doctor can't even see me because she isn't in today. The receptionist then had the audacity to say that the next available appointment wouldn't be until August. Unorganized, rude, and zero personal skills.
