I tried really hard to like this office. Dr Angl was very dismissive of me the first and second time I came, with a malignant cancer diagnosis no less, and there is NO flexibility in appointments. I called ahead of my appointment to let them know I would be maybe 5 minutes late and they pushed my appointment to the end of the next month even though I would've been in the waiting room 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I hope others have a better experience than me.
I have tried several times and left several voicemails to simply make an appointment. Referred by the hospital. I have left several messages over a 3 day period without a call back at all. Horrible way to do business and treat customers.
I called 3 times in one month left messages and not one person returned my phone calls. I ended up having to go to Urgent Care. They should return phone calls.
The ease of NP forms, to the professional staff, access to the building. I finally feel like I received the best care. My medication was sent to my pharmacy and specialty pharmacy before I got to my car. Very impressed with how well the team works together. Dr.B was wonderful! If I could give more than 5 stars, they certainly deserve it! Thank you
