Dr Kimbell is the most caring, compassionate Physician. He is an excellent Dr. He has been my Dr for many years. My husband and I appreciate the quality of care he gives. His staff is fantastic!

DOCTOR'S OFFICE NIGHTMARE!!!!!! My parents are 88 and 90 years old, and their long time physician just retired. I decided to just transfer them to Internal Medicine Physicians (in Canton, on Holiday), as it was right next door and thought it would be less of a change for them. So before their doctor retired, I walked the request for medical records transfer forms from Internal Medicine Physicians to their current doctor, so everything would be in order. What a mistake that was!!! First of all, they were scheduling out about 4 months just to have their initial appointments. I went ahead and got them set up. In the meantime, my Mom had a medical issue at the ER. We referenced Dr Kimbell as her primary doctor, as that is who she was to see in April. When I called their office about her condition they said there was really nothing they could do until her appointment in April. At that point I decided to just find another doctor for them. They had their first appointments with Tara Ferguson, at Family Practice of Stark County (she was fabulous, as well as everyone in the facility!!!!). I signed the record release forms for them to obtain my parents' medical records from Internal Medicine Physicians. I then attempted to call their office to cancel the future appointments with Dr Kimbell. I was put on hold by a recording every time, and it was during business hours. I was told I was 4th in line, etc, all the way to 1st in line. Then I was cut off! This happened every time. I wasted an hour on these calls. The last time I tried, I decided to drive over to the office in person. I was still on hold when I arrived at the office, so I went in. There was no one in the waiting room, and no one came to the window for 7 minutes. The man who finally came did not greet me and just sat down. I told him I was there to cancel my parents' appointments. He kind of grunted, cancelled one, then the next. I told him the difficulty I had calling, and he was not concerned at all. So then I asked about the medical records, to which he responded that he didn't even know if they had them, and I should contact their old doctor (who retired and closed the office!!). He said they didn't all get sent over, and I said what should I do, and he said call the other doctor (which again I said she is retired and the office is closed -- they share an entrance with this office and he knows that!!). We went round and round with that. Then he said that he can't release them to the new doctor even if they have them, as my parents never came in for an appointment!?! At that point I asked him if he could check and see if they actually did have the records. He checked, and said they did. So I asked how to get them. He said to contact their old doctor!!! Unbelievable!!!! Keeping the medical records hostage??? At that point I just gave up and left. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I feel very sorry for any patients who need to get ahold of them. especially older ones who need a little bedside manner. I never met Dr Kimbell, and he may be a good doctor, but he DEFINITELY needs to assess his staff and office situation.

Dr. Repp is amazing. I am a fairly new patient to her office but she immediately put me at ease , took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered my concerns/ questions without making me feel uncomfortable or stupid. I am 54 years old and I can tell you that I have seen many doctors in my life but none like her. I am thankful to find that there are still doctors out there who have compassion and genuine concern for their patients.

Quinn Repp PA-C has a great personality, listened to my concerns, gave me answers in detail and didn't rush me out like some physicians do. She cares about her patients and it shows. The receptionist and nurse made me feel so comfortable and have such a great sense of humor. This was my 1st appointment and I felt like I have been a patient for years! I definitely recommend this office !

I have never had a more compassionate and thorough Dr in my life. Dr Kimble is easy to communicate your concerns with. He has never sent me in the wrong direction. He monitors my medications, and is very quick to make adjustments when needed. In my book Dr Kimble and his staff are the best. They never leave a stone unturned. I wish my late mother was still around. She may have lived longer with a Dr like Kimble. I highly recommend to everyone I know..
