Had a procedure in the Radiology Department. This was the first time being in this hospital me being in the local community for 25 years. Everybody was very helpful and kind - the security guard I spoke with, the Reception Desk staff who gave me directions and the Check-in person who got me checked in for Radiology. The members of the Radiology staff I interacted with were helpful, kind and proficient at their tasks. I walked out after my CT scan with a smile on my face saying that was A-OK, and was a better experience than what I thought I was going to anticipate. I was pleased with the staff and of the Radiology Department in general. They did a good proficient job. This hospital was the first hospital in the Canton area and has a tradition. Cleveland Clinic will now positively restore that tradition back to the community. And parking in the covered garage was free. Thank you TM hospital.

I never write bad reviews, but I feel like this one was necessary. My doctor ordered me a simple blood test from cleveland clinic.I went there to get it. My insurance ended up denying paying for it. I did multiple appeals and it still was denied. They made me pay every penny out of pocket.Which was $1700. With a test that much, I felt like they should have got pre authorization. They would not even give me a self pay discount.I had to pay the full insurance price because they said they sent it to insurance. And it wasn't their fault that it wasn't covered. We've also have been to a doctor at cleveland clinic that ended up not being covered. That we paid out of pocket for. My son also went to the emergency room at cleveland clinic and was misdiagnosed two trips before I ended up going to a different hospital and had a life threatening illness. I will have to be desperate to go there again.

My stay at this hospital was marked by a series of deeply frustrating issues. While some staff members were adequate, others were unnecessarily rough during routine procedures, such as blood draws. One instance involved a staff member, Jarrod, who was excessively forceful during a nasal procedure, causing me significant pain and distress. The situation was further compounded by my assigned roommate, whose constant and loud phone conversations, often on speakerphone, disrupted my rest and exacerbated my pain. Despite my repeated requests to the nursing staff for intervention, they dismissed my concerns, citing cultural differences and claiming an inability to address the noise levels. This was particularly disheartening as it directly interfered with a scheduled telehealth appointment, forcing its postponement. Moreover, the slow response to call button requests left me in prolonged pain and discomfort. Upon discharge, my concerns about persistent nausea were ignored, and I was surprisingly not prescribed any anti-nausea medication. Due to them, not listening to me when I had told them several times I do not take certain medications and listening to the one medication. I am allergic to. They then added one other medication on there that I never mentioned being allergic to nor did they even ask they just brought it up several times inaccurate medication records and confusion regarding my allergies, requiring multiple corrections to the medical staff. Overall, my experience at the hospital was characterized by a lack of consideration for my well-being and a failure to address my medical needs adequately, leading to significant frustration and distress."

I am being treated by pain management. The Dr. and the nurse staff are very professional and explain everything. However, appointments are a joke. Double booking and other unexplained booking habits have caused my scheduled procedure to be rescheduled twice. The first appointment for the nerve burning was scheduled months in advance. Then without warning the receptionist said due to some problem she wouldn't even explain to me ( or the Dr. himself) my appointment time had been given away! I never heard of such a thing! She then made an appointment for me for the following week. Another week of suffering agonizing pain. Now she called an said she had double booked for that appointment ( which she is not supposed to do) and had to cancel my appointment again. She said due to a cancelation she could get me scheduled 8 days after that. My husband has a therapy appointment that day. Otherwise, she can't get me in until the end of January. This is mid-November. The Dr. wanted to do this procedure 2 weeks after the last trial procedure which would have been a week ago, 1 week before the 1st canceled appointment Yesterday I received an approval letter from Medicare approving the burning procedure. The letter listed the date the procedure was to be done as December 4. They told Medicare weeks ago that they were rescheduling the appointment but only let me know today. She told me they had a cancelation so they could get me in on the 4th. Due to the incompetence of the scheduling staff, I don't know when or if I will ever get the procedure done. Meanwhile, I suffer pain 24/7 from severe end stage degenerative disc disease. Very poor way to run a business!

Mercy Hospital ED nurse was so rude. My mother had been in a room for an hour and know one came to check on her. She asked a nurse walking by with other nurses and the nurse got rude and nasty. The nurse has such a BIG Ego and Attitude like how dare anyone ask her a question. Reported her and the lady that took the report said she witnessed the incident and she took the nurse side.
