Dr. Ryan Koene was very personable and easy to talk to! He patiently listened to what I had to say and he thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I asked about. Just a topnotch doctor appointment! I definitely would recommend him to any relatives, family or friends who may be looking for his type of practice!

Reaching anyone at Aultman Hospital has become extremely difficult. Customer service feels almost non-existent -- calls go unanswered, most staff seem to be working remotely, and it's nearly impossible to find someone who will take ownership or go the extra mile. Even getting simple questions answered feels like pulling teeth. The entire operation comes across as disconnected and unorganized. As someone who helps individuals find reliable providers, it is extremely difficult to recommend this organization or anyone affiliated with it when the customer service experience is this poor.

Worst customer service ever. Especially Dana. Had a billing question but no one seemed to care enough to help, answer or point me in right direction. Good thing I'm not dying.

Only 2 stars because of my specific Dr I'm 23 years old and have had numerous a fib episodes documented by mercy hospital for some reason Dr. Carlos Cuello didn't pull my medical records so he talked over me the entire time and insinuated I was lying "well I have to see it and I have to go off your word and I don't like that" he repeatedly talked over me I couldn't even say enough to say I need a refill on my blood thinners I don't have a family Dr all of this is new to me but now not only did I get treated like a liar i wasn't able to ask for a refill on my medication I need and all I got was this crappy heart monitor that I will 100% run out of adhesive patches because they won't stay on :// I just want to feel better I wouldn't be there if it wasn't serious I hate doctors offices I have horrific anxiety to even call these places

I can not say anything bad. The Dr's here are the most caring I have ever had. The staff is incredible too. Everyone from cardiac labs to cath lab and cardiac care staff. Nurses on cardiac floor. My heartfelt appreciation for all of you. Thank you
