So I had a hole in my heart when I was born causing me to come here for yearly visits up until we got our 2nd opinion. I did not have an issue until the long standing doctor retired, Dr. Saluki, and then we met the new doctor, who did not take images of my heart at all and proceeded to tell me I would have to go through various bouts of testing to see if I could have kids safely. Then proceeded to tell me I could also die so he i'll advised me to have kids. I went to Akron Children's Hospital as I already go there as I have chronic stomach issues, people have issues getting my blood, etc. They requested my files from Rainbow and they declined on sending them over after being contacted by ACH multiple times. The cardiologist at ACH took an ultrasound, listened, and took images of my heart. And there was no hole. I am very sure it has closed as I have gotten older but I find it extremely negligent the doctor they had that retired before the current was telling patients misinformation about their health. As well as them declining to send files over regarding my health. Fortunately I am now old enough to gladly say I will not be going back to Rainbow. I only gave 2 stars because the staff is amazing I always had a good experience as a child going there.
