Husband went in last night after not feeling good for a few days and having a high fever. When taken back was sat at the end of a hallway by himself. Never put in a room. Got vitals checked once with apparent high blood pressure and was told nothing. No test result answers or anything. Didn't know anything until he got home this morning and logged into his memorial chart and they lied on there saying they checked on him multiple times which is not true at all. Very incompetent if you ask me. The ER staff put my husband in a dangerous situation with his blood pressure reading high and doing nothing not even monitoring. Would not recommend. Will not be returning. Busy or not, this is NEGLECTFUL. Do better.

Super impressed with the level of care and compassion I experienced while at this ER. From registration to radiology to nurses, techs, and doctors, everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated Dr. Michaelis, who I felt really listened to me. Amazing staff all around!

Yesterday I received the WORST treatment ever by the ER staff, except for Tyler, when attempting to see my Son who was there as a patient. I was emotional, bc i was worried about my son and the first thing the rude receptionist did was call security. It went downhill from there. I did get EXTREMELY upset and resorted to name calling bc I was completely amazed they were saying i could not see him, even though he wanted to see me as well. I went out to the parking lot, had my meltdown and went back in saying I was calm now, could I see my son. The charge nurse and RN said I was still not calm enough to see him. They did not know me at all, so could not possibly have known if I was calm. They said my body language was confrontational when I was simply leaning against the counter trying calmly to convince the RN i was in fact calm and my son needed to see his mother. Also, that they were the ones upsetting me further. At that point, it was nothing but a complete power trip for them. I will be filing a formal complaint today and sending to the hospital administrator, the director of nursing and head of ER. NO ONE exhibited one ounce of compassion or understanding, which in their profession is a requirement. My mother was a 30 ER RN,so I know how its supposed to go. Also, I know how human beings are supposed to treat one another, PERIOD.

Dr Ward of the Pain clinic is not a good doctor. He ignores patients needs and is a blatant coward. His rude assistant calls and tells me my contract was canceled because they couldn't fill a prescription they sent to the pharmacy. Ward ACTS like he cares until the appointment is done, then he doesn't. This is my second time trying to deal with his lies and I can't anymore

Great hospital, just wish my nurse wife with 3 kids that worked there was not doing things she shouldn't be doing at work in which she confirmed to me she was doing but other than that this place has provided a great source of income since moving to the area in which I put the entire down payment on the house and left my business in Columbus and have been the primary care taker of our children for the past 7 years. Great hospital and highly recommend!
