Dr. Whitmer, Donna and staff are absolutely the greatest! They are always accommodating in every way possible either by phone or in the office. You walk in and there are coffee, healthy snacks, comfy chairs and a casual atmosphere that make you feel right at home. I can usually get in for a last minute appointment either same day or next day which is unheard of in most physician's offices. Dr. Dan as I call him, as I've been with him for probably 30 years now, is such a good doctor. He spends time getting to know about your life, has a great sense of humor and is very thorough and knowledgeable. He keeps current on new meds or issues and passes the info on to his patients. He never hesitates to refer you to a specialist if he thinks it absolutely necessary and he refers to only the best! I know...I've been there! And when was the last time your primary care doctor visited you in the hospital? Dr. Dan does that. If I have real concerns after hours I can call or text Dr. Dan on his personal cell. He calls me right back whether it's a Sunday night or a holiday. These are the advantages of seeing an MDVIP physician. Not that Dr. Dan isn't that guy anyway, but having this kind of practice allows him the TIME to be the kind of doctor he really wants to be.
