Dr. Chan was extremely rude and condescending when I was referred to him from another provider. He didn't introduce himself and immediately said "I don't understand why you're here" in a very hostile manner. Within the first 3 minutes, I was in tears and offered to leave as he made it seem like I was a major inconvenience by being there. He made me feel so belittled and that my health condition is irrelevant although I have been out of work for 6+ months with multiple hospitalizations. He said I'm too young for heart issues (26) although I have had two heart procedures in the past and a current diagnosed heart condition. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wanted to get this out there in hopes no one else has to go through the same situation I did. I have been through many specialists and doctors, and this one was by far the worst. Unless you have a point and shoot illness, he is far too egotistical and ignorant to try to help.
