It took 8 months to get a visit here after seeing the Primary Care physician. The wait in the waiting room here was only 15 minutes, which was good and the physician and staff were friendly and professional. The Dr seemed through and we were able to get a follow up visit in about 7 or 8 weeks.

Waiting more than a month to get anything done after appt. Called in prescription and pharmacy said they needed additional paperwork filled out. Paperwork sent a couple times but still nothing sent back. Called several times. No response back. Spouse works at Cleveland Clinic so insurance is through them. Would have to see if somebody needed to get something done who didn't work for CC.
Drove an hour for a routine eye exam and was turned away because I had my 10 month old son. I wouldn't come back in any circumstance.
