Convenient location and nice facility but the check in system leaves much to be desired. Everyone is very professional but it's definitely a churn. I came back today for test results thinking I'd be speaking with my cardiologist in an office to review the findings but after waiting an hour past my appointment time I was ushered into an exam room to have my vitals taken and be questioned about things I had just answered on my previous visit. My doctor gave me the results in another exam room after taking additional vital info. I felt we could have gone over the results on a video or telephone call without me wasting an afternoon off of work for 15 min of actual quality time. There could also be a system to text and inform patients to come an hour later rather than waste the time sitting around. They certainly can text and tell you about new bills and share test results. Priorities! Entering test results in the patient portal before a doctor follow up is also super annoying. I don't want this information before it's been explained to me. It's very stressful. Overall a decent place with good people but customer experience needs significant improvement.
