While there was a long wait, I greatly appreciated the heads up from support staff that the doctor was running late. This visit the nurse introduced himself, explained all that was to happen in the visit and made small talk to put me at ease. In the past, I would have to ask for his/her name and sit and wonder. Kudos to supporting staff for making it a pleasant experience.
Dr. Esper maintains a sense of professionalism at all times; is extremely thorough in evaluating and assessing my health needs and spends as much time discussing options and concerns. He also has a good sense of humor, a rare quality in the health care environment! He also is good at diagnosing potential alternative methods of intervention.

Dr. Esper is top notch. I trust his opinion explicitly and follow his advice. I have never felt rushed during visits because Dr. Esper takes the time to explain things and answer all questions. I realize the wait in the office may be lengthy at times. However, you can be assured that you will be given the time you need during your appointment and leave with all questions answered.
