Nevada heart and vascular center is just so careless when it comes to patients time. Had a 10:30am appt. Checked in at 10:15am, it is now 12pm and we are still in the lobby waiting room. I checked and there are still 3 people ahead of us. I will be asking our primary care Dr to refer us to someone else. This is such a waste of people's time
DR Marchand is absolutely the very finest Cardiologist in all of Las Vegas. He has saved my life in the operating room at the hospital as well as helping me when I could not afford the medication for my heart condition.For the past 7 years , since my original heart attack and the countless times in hospitals for stents and procedures, I have been treated by all the top cardiologists in Las Vegas . My experience is based on all aspects of treatment and diagnosis given to me by various specialists, to simply conclude that by a long shot, Dr Arturo E. Marchand is the very best there is , period.
Very frustrating and sad to see that employees are so careless and incompetent, specially when dealing with very ill patients. I was referred to Dr. Marchand due to high blood pressure issues and being a high risk for heart diseases. My family and I are also dealing with my son, that was diagnosed with cancer, a little over a year ago. Before going to my appointment, I made sure that Dr.Marchand is with the network, which shows on the website, insurance web as well, I also confirmed with the appointment scheduler worker and before the tests with the receptionist. They are billing me for almost $6k and after several attempts to make payments, they are not willing to listen work with me . Instead all they want is to collect the money wrongly charged. I just found out that they sent me to collection!!! Absurd!!! After dealing with so many medical bills, because of my son's health, I know better NOT to go to an out of network doctor. I feel that the office and billing staff have no idea of the responsibility of their jobs. Less than professional, practice, very disappointing.
Dr Marchand has no compassion for his patients. Not a caring pysician very arrogant I would never go back to him again and would not recommend to anyone. I'm not his patient but I know someone who is his patient.
He is accessible, kind and straight forward when addressing patient concerns. Very grateful as a patient that he is my cardiologist.
