Very pleasant experience! All staff was friendly and caring. There was a tiny bit of a wait but that was to be expected with a walk in clinic. I have had worse waits elsewhere for sure. Doctor was absolutely amazing, listened to concerns and addressed all issues!

Really should be honest about hours open for out of towners. Definitely closed well before 1130 for lunch. No one should have to sit in a hot parking lot for 2 hours waiting to be checked in to wait god only knows how long to be seen. Should be able to send the er bill to them for being blatant liars.

Went in for anti-biotics and asked how much a visit will cost without insurance. Was told $120 which is about on par with other walk-in clinics I've been to. See the doctor, no extra tests like throat swab, blood draw, or anything done. Was in and out very fast, not an extra long visit or anything. Yet two weeks later I get a bill for $295. Any other industry this would be considering fraudulent pricing practices yet the medical industry can lie all they want with zero consequences. Tried to find out why the difference and after four phone transfers I'm still stuck with the bill.

Shanda Harstad went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions. I was struggling with mental health and unfortunately in Williston there is long waits and not many resources. Shanda not only got me connected with good people and pointed me in the right direction for a long term solution, but she also followed up with me and showed that she genuinely cared. We need more people like Shanda in this world.
