Was told to arrive by 12:30 for a 12:45 appointment. Checked in on time. Sat for almost 2 hours without being seen. Asked a few times for an update and was told, " It shouldn't be too long". Finally, just gave up on being seen and left. A pity I took the day off and travelled over 100 miles round trip for the appointment. Not very professional.
