The front desk staff were excellent. The provider on the other hand had very ineffective communication and didn't seem knowledgeable. She relied on another's provider's(ER) information from a previous visit and offered no help. She basically told me that vomiting and abdominal pains were a virus, vs offering to do additional labs, a MRI, or even physically assess the area. McPherson is a no for (POC) and a hard "no" for nuerodivergent people.

My experience was great. Very professional staff and saw me right away. I was treated for a chainsaw accident and was sewn up with stitches very well by the doctor there. 10 days later I was able to get my 23 stitches removed.

Doctor I saw was very rude and derogatory. He came storming into the room like a tornado. Talking a million miles a minute with zero eye contact. After examining my foot and saying what he thinks, he looks me up and down with disgust and says "doesn't help that you're overweight." Instead of bringing my weight up in a concerning way he decides to come at me/look at me like that. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Regardless of my weight I don't deserve to be looked at like that or talked to like that. Felt like he didn't have the time of day for me because I was overweight and there without health insurance. Which he also made derogatory remarks about, even though I had just paid in full for my appointment right then and there before even seeing him. Said things like "well then get on medicaid" and "well if you had health insurance" and "well I only paid $20 for the cream, but I HAVE insurance." Not that it's his business at all but I make too much money for Medicaid and my company is smaller so their health insirance costs too much. He was just very egotistical, like he was better than me, and came off as very intimidating. As a CNA I could not/would never ever send any of my clients or elderly family members, or even friends there to see someone who clearly has zero compassion or care. Terrible experience. Also when I got there my appointment had been cancelled because they sent an appointment reminder text to the wrong number and whoever got it on the other end cancelled my appointment via text. So make sure they have your correct information because they didn't take it upon themselves to make sure with me when I originally set up the appointment.

DNP Brittany is why I went here. I followed her from her old location. She alone is enough to deal with any poor service (of which there was none!) The pharmacists are the most caring people! They stayed late and let me pick up on a Saturday. Truly beautiful people work here. They have not forgotten why they do what they do.
