Impossible to get in contact with nurse for Dr Comfort. I left three messages and received return call four days after last message!! When I finally talked to nurse, I explained that Altru could not perform the MRI she wanted. I told her I needed the referral for MRI sent to Eccentia. She sent referral to Eccentia to their Pain Management, NOT to Radiology. Now I've tried to contact nurse for last two days and left messages and no return. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!
Not very happy with the service I received. It is like a folly of errors. Was also told by a nurse today while trying to explain something that maybe I should find service elsewhere.
