Patient Reviews

I visit the Sanford Broadway Medical building to see my SCI Rehab doctor for Botox injections and for way too many other medical purposes. The doctor that I see is Dr. Thakur. She is the absolute best! She works tirelessly to ensure that I'm receiving the very best care for my particular spinal cord injury. Although the title of the review is for Sanford Broadway Medical I am providing this review to sing loudly accolades and display my deep appreciation for Dr. Thakur, and her team, for providing a super high level of empathy, dedication, and diligence towards helping me live the best life possible.

I have done two stints of PT at this location and I can say that I have always had a great experience. This last time my PT was for my new knee and Andrew went above and beyond to help me through some difficult times. I'm proud to say after 10 weeks of therapy I'm well on my way to healing and moving better than ever. Thank you Andrew!! You are the best.

Driving my parents for an appointment and I can't find and lightening iPhone charger in the building. Not in the gift shop -I tried to buy one. One lovely receptionist offered to charge my phone downstairs at the desk but I'm needed on 3rd floor. 3rd floor waiting room area and three patients in wheel chairs can't get through the seating areas because the space is too narrow. The website doesn't seem to show me where I can find a possible phone charging station. Or even a basic map of the building

Horrible. I had to fill out a questionnaire which was never discussed. I told the nurse I didn't want to be alone in the room without a witness after a previous issue and she came in alone. She made false statements about what happened at the appointment, never did the exam I was told would be done and I asked her if she was going to a d she said "No." But then put in notes the opposite. She lied and said I signed a document stating I was agreeing to be alone in a room with her. I never signed a document and NO ONE can find this document. She asked me to get on my hand and knees knowing a knee fracture was still healing and I had to go home and ice/elevate my knee. If you go, record the appointment and read the patient notes to make sure they didn't lie. This is a legal medical document. I was afraid, humiliated and in pain and she made me feel worse.

Gone completely down the tubes in the last 4 years. The last year has been an absolute nightmare Edit 6/30/22 The reply they gave me on here is to call a number that I have called 18x (checked ph history) since the first problem I had in October 21. They never once answered the phone. Couple times they returned voicemails and completely gaslighted me on the phone. Debbie is nice but useless and full of empty promises and Deb is a horrible person that bullies, berates, and gas-lights. Whenever either of them respond on an email, they sign it Debra see you don't even know who you're talking to.
