Bethany Medical at Kimel Forest

They were awesome yesterday when we were told at the last minute my boyfriend needed a clearance letter signed by his PCP in order to obtain the dental work he had scheduled for the next morning. They had me come straight there, printed and filled out the form for him, no problem. It was just as important to them as it was us, it seemed. So that was very awesome and deserving of a great review at the very least! Thanks so much Bethany Medical!

I have been going to this facility for about 2 years and just started seeing Doctor. Mark Phillips and he is the best doctor that I have honestly seen in my life. He's very knowledgeable, Passionate, and very caring about his patients. I would recommend to anyone I know. Thank you Mr.Phillips for everything you do for your patients and the honest services you provide sir!

Julia Bates was loudly discussing my chart to the office when I came in and then when she came into the examination room was extremely hostile to me with no bedside manner and demonstrated she doesn't know how medicine works. This office appeared to only be interested in lying to me and finding excuses to bill insurance. Julia Insisted I get blood work to "establish care" even though I had just had blood work and offered to have it sent to their office, she refused unable to state the reason why. Completely unprofessional behavior and treated me with total disrespect

I was a patient for many years here, being treated for several chronic painful conditions. Unfortunately my provider retired and I was forced to see another provider for my pain management. Within two visits across 45 days, this new provider, Julia Bates decided that after 5 years of treatment for my conditions, that she didn't want to treat me and cut me off my pain management meds. This office has literally gone bad. The only thing good about this location is the nursing staff. I have photos of the exam rooms with cobwebs and nasty floors and dirty exam tables. Don't go here unless you want to hear a doctor say you're fat and need to lose weight and get physical therapy and chiropractic care.

Long story short 7 years 9 doctors 2 out of 9 were more than 20 stars. 2 missed appointments and you are discharged from the entire practice. 7 years of treatment/lack there of down the drain.
