All staff members were polite, kind and took their time to answer questions in language I could understand. Dr. Winslow very patient in discussing whether or not incident that occurred during recent hospital stay was relative to heart issues. He listens to you, asks questions that let you know you've been heard.

I arrived at the office, checked in, pick up a magazine and was called back so I never even got to open the cover. Got into the room the nurse came in did an assessment and 5 minutes later Dr. Winslow came in! I don't understand how he can stay on schedule have conversation and give updates and info on my condition when other providers run 45-60 minutes late! Dr. Winslow's office runs like a well oiled machine!
