About Dr. Paul Kamitsuka, MD, DTM&H
Dr. Paul Kamitsuka is a nationally recognized infectious disease expert with 38+ years of experience providing infectious disease consultations. In addition to practicing clinical medicine, Dr. Kamitsuka lectures on various topics in infectious diseases in the Harvard System. Dr. Kamitsuka's expertise was been leveraged for hundreds of interviews throughout the Coronavirus Pandemic. Serving as the Infection Control consultant at NHRMC, he was pivotal in assisting NHRMC and Wilmington Health, along with Dr. Matt Sincock, in our preparations and response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Kamitsuka graduated from Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, and is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
