Hello consumer world! I'm very disappointed in the healthcare experience I received today. I had an appointment scheduled with Kathryn Salisbury, NP, after learning that Dr. Go was booked until February. I didn't mind seeing an NP. I simply needed to be evaluated today due to ongoing palpitations. I called ahead to let the team know I was running a few minutes behind (ETA 2:40 p.m.) and even left a voicemail with the answering service to explain the situation. Despite this, I arrived at 2:45 p.m., which I felt was within reason, especially since I had my child with me and had already notified the office. When I arrived, there was only one person in front of me. I gave my name, and the receptionist told me I was "past the time" and would need to reschedule. I explained that I had called twice and was only a few minutes late. She said she'd check with the team, but when she returned, I was told, "Sorry, you'll need to reschedule." This was disappointing and discouraging. There were no other patients waiting, and I had made every effort to communicate respectfully and arrive as promptly as possible. It felt like my care and time didn't matter and that compassion for a patient, especially a parent juggling childcare and health concerns, was overlooked. I understand clinics have schedules, but healthcare should also consider humanity and context. I hope this feedback encourages your team to handle future situations with more understanding and flexibility.

Dr. Marycz was very knowledgeable and great genuine person. Made everything go as easy as possible. Dina and the staff we're awesome. Dina made it a wonderful experience. Very funny and knowledgeable as well. I would definitely go back and wouldn't go anywhere else, that's how good I felt. Dina and doctor Marycz, you guys are the best. Much respect to the facility.

I have been to this office quite a few times with my father and I thought the office staff deserved a recognition. The office itself is very nice and the staff makes it an even better place. I had the pleasure of getting Carmen for my dads check in and out process. She was pleasant and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. We always look forward to speaking with her. Netta is also very sweet and makes my dad comfortable with her laughter in the room. Dr. Devito is one of the best doctors around. He is so thorough and makes me feel at ease with each visit. My dad never leaves with a question unanswered. Great job to this entire practice!

Dr Marycz and his staff are wonderful. The PA Mr T Devito is extremely helpful and caring. My experience also carries into the New Bern Ave location for a catheterization. One could not ask for a better team of doctors, nurses and all of the staff. So grateful for this type of support and so close to home.
