Dr. Jackson did an ablation on me in 2021. I had an appointment with another EP, who referred me to Dr. Jackson based on my case. He explained everything to me clearly (even drew a picture to explain the issue). He was also realistic in terms of possible issues, but he was confident that he could fix my issue. Everything went well and I haven't had any complications or issues since the ablation.
Dr Jackson has the best bedside manners, and really has genuine concern for his patients. He explains things in a way that the patient can understand and also know that he means well and is not showing ingenuity. When discussing the pacemaker and its benefits.
I wanted his opinion regarding ablation for Afib. After a 15 minute consult I had all the info I needed. During that time he looked directly into my eyes as if I were the only person in the clinic. I can not say enough about his bedside manner and knowledge. I would rate him a 6 if possible. Duke is the best.
He is terrific and one of the best. He did an ablation on my husband and did a lot of work on his heart. I was so confident when we first had a visit with Dr. Jackson. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.
