Used zoom for 2 post bypass surgery appointments.. very impressed that Christina Bull read all my messsages and information completed before call ! Professional , knowledgeable !, Shegave helpful tips for recovery, Dr Williams staff is first class. You feel you are their top priority.

Received major surgery and my entire team was fantastic at checking in with me, keeping me well informed, making sure I had what I needed, and taking care of me. I especially appreciated my nurse, Crystal K, and I hope she knows she was a bright spot during a difficult time.

Words cannot describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for Dr. Robert Ferguson and his team!! Dr. Ferguson took the time to explain details of my bypass surgery and helped put my mind at ease. I had no apprehension after talking to him and I felt I was in good hands. The surgery was completed without any complications and every detail taken care of. I feel fortunate that I found Dr. Ferguson who took excellent care of me!! Thank you, Lord!! And thank you, Dr. Ferguson for all your help!!! The Wakemed Cardiac surgery facilities and medical staff are the best I've seen in my 30 years of Healthcare experience across 6 different states (NC, MA, NJ, OH, IN and NV) that I lived in. They not only provide the best possible care for their patients but are extremely nice and understanding!! Kudos to a wonderful team of professionals!!

I have not been to this particular WakeMed building before. The area had plenty of parking, large & spacious inside with courteous office personnel to point you in the right direction, and kind medical staff that gave my client a grace period for running a few minutes late in holiday traffic. A big Thank You!

We received the best care!! My husband had surgery today and Dr. Pattel has done a wonderful job treating my husband under his care and Dr. Allen as well. Very good doctors!! I'm also a mother who is nursing and the whole staff made sure to accommodate me. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way and made sure I had the privacy that I needed and a way for me to store my milk so it would not go bad!! Wake Med in general is awesome!!
