Bailliard Henry Pediatric Cardiology

I want to express my sincere gratitude to this office. Since moving to North Carolina, we were a bit nervous about finding a new pediatric cardiologist because we absolutely loved the one we had in New York. However, Dr. Henry has exceeded every expectation. He is incredibly patient, thorough, and informative. His professionalism and attentiveness during every visit have been outstanding. My almost 3-year-old always has a wonderful experience--from the warm welcome at the front desk to the care provided by Dr. Henry. Thankfully, we received the amazing news today that we no longer need to return, as my daughter's heart is in great condition. We couldn't be more grateful! Thank you to Dr. Henry and the entire staff for being so kind, caring, and compassionate. I truly wish every doctor's office were like this one!

While the staff was kind. I do not think this practice is well suited for kids under the age of 5. Staff did not know how to handle children very well. My son was extremely uncomfortable to the point of screaming while being held down to the table. For an office that handles children's of all ages, there should be other methods in place for children that are "less cooperative," or anxious. I would also recommend making an office for children more child-like... adding any type of color, calming music, etc. In comparison to the cardiology office that my son went to previously, I was extremely disappointed in the way things were conducted here.

Do not go to Bailliard Henry cardiology. If you want your child to be treated for their condition this is not the place to go to. I have been a patient for years, and the closest thing to treatment I have received was being told to eat salt and to drink more water. Me and my parents only receive communication from them when we beg for results or to speak to Dr Henry. It is very obvious that they do not care about their patients. Do not go to this doctor.

Dr. Henry is fantastic! He's very thorough and has a reassuring bedside manner. His employees are sweet with kids and his office is kid-friendly. Our seasoned pediatrician recommended Dr. Bailliard and I'm glad he did. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Super impressed by this practice. Little drawn back at first because of the overwhelming questions and screenings about Covid . However, my 3 year old saw Dr. Henry and he was phenomenal!! He took his time talking with me , and making my son feel so comfortable during the entire visit. He was very thorough and did all the testing he could do to give us answers ! The office staff was just as warm and welcoming . Will recommend them to everyone!!
