This is a really good place, if you're looking for a great Cardiologist. They have plenty of parking, the building is clean, the folks are friendly. I call it professional friendly but they are a friendly which everyone loves. When I went I saw the PA Joe Watts, who was very professional, I thought he was the doctor at first. The doctor uses the Reid Heart Center for his surgeries and you will love that place if you or a loved one ever needs their services. Dr Landers is one of the best doctors I've ever met and all the staff and both places are fantastic. I only gave Reid a 4 star because they did not ask me when I wanted to come in. I hate morning appointments and try to make that clear from the start. My favorite times are anytime after 11:00 AM. Both places are easy to get to and are close together.

Went in for my appointment. Thirty minutes after checking in I still haven't been seen. I needed to see the nurse to have a monitor placed on. I asked at front desk but they didn't have answers only that they are waiting for the nurse. Wait an additional 10 and decided to leave. I asked for a survey card they replied they didn't have any. So an online review it is. Better customer service skills are definitely needed. Or give a patient the expected wait time. Let me decide if sitting in your office for an hour is acceptable.

I ride Hoke Transit and many times I get there way early for my appointment. Most times they work me in early. If they can't, I occupy my time working the jigsaw puzzle that's out in the waiting room. I love puzzles.
