The ICU unit is the most "PROFESSIONAL & BEST" unit that I've ever had service from!!!!! The team of doctors were GREAT! The nursing staff was GREAT! All the assistances and custodial staff were right on time, every time! May GOD BLESS each and everyone who provided help during our time of need!. The Jones's

I greed to must of these review for this clinic, since Dr Ifac Raham retired this clinic customers service went from 8 to 0 in a scale of rating. Received a call a few week ago from now to schedule my annual evaluation, on the next day the lady called me to cancelled my appointment because the VA didn't send the referral. I finally got the VA approved and send my referral to them to have my appointment done, when I called the lady who answered the phone muffing because she couldn't understand my long last name etc..., then she putted me on hold whitout even telling me to, and the call either dropped or she hang on me, the second time I called I did tell the person what happens moments ago and explained to whoever answered the secontime, gaggling she explained that they will call me when they clear the referral. when she came back from her whatever she was doing to verify the referral she stated that their referral people were not in that day to verify if I had it in or not.I just called to verify if the referral was in, and an arrogant female answered the phone with the same attitude, saying that the referral wasn't in. This is sad ; one because this office Receive or treat veterans. They should at least have some that respect at everyone, And evenmore us as veterans who served this country and got to war for their freedom and for many many years. I do encourage the clinic's staff to either train, or hire professionals who are dedicated in their profession and do their job because they like it NOT just because a pay check. I will definitely not coming or recommend this office to anyone.

I had open heart surgery in 2019 at Southeastern Medical Center. The doctors and nurses all were above par. Have been coming here ever since and have had excellent service. It may not mean much to some but when a doctor and nurse hugs you and tells you they are praying for you it means a lot. Very happy with them.

I found the person making appointments to be cold and uncaring. The wait is to long between appointments and they do not seem to care about any problem you may be having at the time. I am now looking for a better and more caring facility and doctor.

Horrible experience having episodes where my heart rate goes from 75 to 148 feels like pens and needles called to upgrade my appointment from 3 months to see what's going on because the er said they can't do anything only the cardiologist can diagnose svt, office employee Krystal Thompson very rude and uncaring the manager called was very nice he stated " we service a large community and do not have enough cardiologist I recommend if you can go elsewhere if it's urgent because a heart acting up is very scary and concerning I wouldn't wish what I'm goin thru on anyone if they don't care honestly they emergency room can't do anything or the primary care it's like a never ending circle to get diagnosed
