I find the staff and practitioners to all be very friendly, timely and professional. Vanessa at Front Desk check-in is always pleasant, as was Megan,the doctor's nurse. Dr. Little addressed all my questions and more. My next appointments were set up before I left. A caring and efficient practice!!

Dr. Little is the best. She shows compassion and is very determined to take care of all my health care needs. I'm amazed at how quickly your appointments go and no more dreaded long waiting.

I have dealt with the rudest physician, Dr. Little. She would not respond to my medical questions regarding side effects. During the appointment she did not do a proper examination to insure that the meds were okay to continue taking. She never resolved my concerns. Her staff are rude and disrespectful. Her LPN Merna rudely made comments about my weight. The medicine that I am taking is on a time schedule. Despite my numerous messages to the doctor's office to resolve and respond to insurance request, the physician's office did not follow through until 4 days later and when I had to go out of my way to drive to doctor's office and request that they resolve the issues so I can receive the meds. As of today, a week later, I still do not have the meds. I call this lack of patient respect, negligence, and incompetence. When I spoke to Wilmington Health manager regarding my dissatisfaction and requested that she look into the matter, she immediately accused me of disrespecting the office workers. The staff are excellent at lying and distorting the truth. She also expressed that Dr. little is an excellent doctor. How could a doctor be labeled as excellent when they did not do her job and put me in medical harm. The first words that came out of the manager's mouth is that I was at fault and everyone else did everything right. She also accused me of not listening to her. I had listened enough to her impartial comments that she made during the first sentence that she spoke and she placed me in a defensive situation right off the bat. Obviously she is not qualified to be in her position. She needs to be replaced with someone who listens to all sides before making such impartial, insensitive comments to the patient who received horrible medical care. This the worst doctor's office that I have ever had to deal with and I will never go back.

The ride to Leland has been worth the trip. My provider is extremely thorough, meticulous, and normally patient. She is very professional- a wonderful provider.

It was great overall. The wait was a little long. But, business was booming. My physician's patience and care was wonderful. And front desk service was kind and welcoming.
