Had an appointment yesterday and I was very worried. The entire staff was friendly and professional. A guy in the waiting room was complaining about wait time after sitting 10 minutes....but here's the thing, the staff are doing labs and other services here that other offices don't have in office. This isn't urgent care. Some people are ridiculous . I left a 5 star because the staff deserves it.
Scheduled me on a day in which they were closed, Drove an hour to find em closed! Other than this screw up this place is great. Dr Block is good
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE EVER!!!! Got referred to this dr through my primary care provider. Waited 2 weeks for my appointment, for them to cancel THE DAY OF. Just called again the Monday after, and they can't even reschedule me until Thursday. Probably just to make me wait another 2 weeks. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE
The wait time is horrible, and the chairs are very uncomfortable. Get new chairs.
