Bethany Medical at Kernersville

I had a few visits with Betty Martin-Watson when I had finally decided that enough was enough. I though at first she was just having a bad day but seeing her after the first appointment cemented the fact that she is cold, not willing to listen to a patient who needs help, and is probably the rudest medical professional I have ever met. She made me feel bad about myself on multiple occasions. I went to another Bethany Medical Center before this and they actually recommended her because she is "the best" with mental/behavioral health. If you are struggling, stay clear!! She did way more harm than good for me.

The place in kerensville should be ashamed of themselves! Just because I lost all my teeth they think I wanted narcotics! I have lived with scoliosis for 10 years without any pain pills. I don't want them or anything to do with them! I just went in to see why I'm in so much pain and my neck and shoulder was super big compared to normal instead I got rude sounds every time I spoke and accused of wanting pain meds! I wanted to know what was wrong with my neck and why I was in so much pain! The first thing the woman said was your condition don't qualify for narcotics I interrupted her and sternly said THATS NOT WHY IM HERE! I am reporting this practice to the medical board. I've had this issue with this location twice now! Don't go to this office. The staff is stuck up and rude making rude sly remarks all because I lost my teeth. I lost them while I was pregnant and they would know that IF THEY READ MY CHARTS!

Very sweet staff , well organized, clean, & my visit was done in a timely manner. Checked in when I got there 5 min before my appt time. & went straight to the back at my exact appointment time as on schedule. Was not rushed, and was treated with full respect. Had a good visit at the Kernersville location!

I've been going to Bethany Medical for years . Earlier today I had blood work done at a different location and asked the girl jokingly to hit the vein the first time and not make a pin cushion out of me. After 2 attempts and her still not succeeding they brought in another girl. Thank goodness I left with just 3 new holes. Today at Bethany the doctor said it was time for blood work and told him the horrific story. He told me he'd bring in the best. When MISS Alianis came in and proceeded to draw my blood but not before I asked her to do it one time. She was very personable, and assured me that she was a one stick kind of girl. Well she wasn't wrong and did what they are suppose to do and thats a one prick blood. Thanks again and thanks to Micahel Kehoe for his professionalism as he's been my pain doctor for years A highly recommended doctor and facility. Brent

Before you step foot in this place think twice, this place needs to be closed down or get new personal, we went friday morning because my husband had an incident at work where he got wood in his eye, when we got there the lady in the front barely even wanted to talk to us she said we needed to pay before anything was done bc we were doing self pay, meanwhile my husband was in so much pain after we paid they said we had to wait in the waiting room to be called they took almost an hour to call us into the room, mind you they didnt have people waiting, while we were waiting the ladies in the front were gossiping all the time we were there very unprofessional. When we finally get called into the room we waiting another hour for the doctor to finally come in, the ladies in the back reception also gossiping all the time. The doctor flushed his eye and she assured so many times that she got everything out meanwhile my husband kept telling her that he still felt something and she said that he had a torn that was what was hurting so she said she was going to give him a prescription for eye drops when we arrive to the pharmacy they still hadnt sent the prescription we called and they said they were going to send them we were waiting all day meanwhile my husband STILL in pain we didnt get the eye drops all day that day till the next day in the evening, the eye drops were not helping much till today that my husband had an appointment at and eye doctor and guess what?? The doctor took out a piece of wood my husband STILL had in his eye he was in pain 3 days with a posibility of losing his eye vision, so like i said do not go to this place if you love your self ESPECIALLY if youre latino because they made it look like we were getting that treatment because of our race.
