Atrium Health Imaging Kannapolis

Lady at the front desk was a horrible person. I can't believe she's been doing this for 30 years.

I recently was sent to Atrium Kannapolis Imaging center and the nurse was fantastic! She called the night before for instructions, greeted me when I arrived the morning of the imaging. She was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. The CT gentlemen were absolutely fantastic and very comfortably walked me through all aspects of the imaging before performing the imaging. They are absolutely wonderful through and through. Even the lady at the check in desk was excellent. Absolutely I will recommend them for any future imaging! Excellent work to the folks at Atrium imaging!

I was nervous going into this and the lady at the front desk was amazing!! I wish I remembered her name but I was there yesterday may 18th 2018 at 2:00 she was at desk 1. We talked about her boys and my boys and she had me laughing and I was just impressed with her kindness and it helped me be more calm. The lady who did my ultrasound was also super nice. Answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Thanks so much for the great experience. You ladies really turned a bad stressful say to a calm and happy one

There was a mild hiccup with what my doctor ordered vs what they had on file. They very quickly sorted out the issue and got my test done. From top to bottom this is a very professional yet personable place to have an MRI done. I highly recommend it.

Great experience. Dan was my MRI Tech and he was absolutely wonderful! Made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process & even offered a drink and snack on the way out. The front desk staff was also very nice.
