My son has been under the care of Dr. Elias for some years now. Out of all the physicians he has this doctor has been the most amazing. He never gave up on him and so directed him to other places that could help him with things he didn't specialize in. It's because of him my son is finally getting answers. When things got tough Dr. Elias hung in there and did what needed to be done for him. I will always be grateful to this office for all the love and care he's been given. You have to have a love for what you do and the patients to be a great physician. Dr. Elias is all of that and again I am grateful.

Lake Norman Neurology is an outstanding neurological practice. Doctor Elias is a phenomenal neurologist. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and really listens and hears you as a person. You're not just another patient. I have been under the care of Lake Norman Neurology for over ten years and I don't have one complaint about the practice. I go to Lake Norman Neurology for infusions. Petra, the infusion nurse, is fabulous! My first visit in July, she had all of my visits and MRIs for the remainder of the year typed on a page and gave it to me. She is not only efficient, she is personable and fun to be around.
