I want to take a moment to applaud the incredible surgery team who cared for me during my recent outpatient procedure. From the very beginning, Clayton was absolutely phenomenal--warm, funny, and so attentive. He immediately put me at ease and took wonderful care of me before I went into the operating room. When I returned to recovery, my post-op nurse (I wish I could remember her name!) was just as fantastic--kind, reassuring, and attentive during those first moments back. Once in the OR, the entire team exceeded every expectation. Clayton, Kim, and Nikki were truly phenomenal--professional, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. My husband and I were beyond grateful for the level of care we received. A huge shout-out to Dr. Rhodes for a phenomenal surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better team and am so thankful for this experience.

I just want to say Sarah the nurse in the emergency room department was very helpful and I gladly appreciate her for taking care of me. she took care of me how I would expect anyone to take care of me in a situation thats was such delicate as mines was. She definitely deserves a raise and recognition for her hard work and compassion for others. she is what any nurse should aspire to be when they step in the healthcare field. Please make sure to recognize Sarah for her hard work and make sure that she know that's she appreciated for such hard work.

I had to get a CT Scan done and it was my first time having one. I was kind of nervous especially being a bigger person. My technologist Dawn was so sweet and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She told me what to expect before it even happened and Im so happy with my experience. Everyone I came into contact with was very kind and helped me figure out where to go. Thankful for care workers and places like this.

I can't begin to explain my frustration with the Mid-Wife & Dr. working the evening/night of Thursday September 18, & the horrifying experience of my Daughter's baby delivery. In a nutshell, they have very little patience for long term labor & delivery, & focus on how much more money they make by performing an unnecessary C-Section. My Daughter is young & healthy, & went here to deliver 9/18/25. Because she wasn't dilating & laboring fast enough for the Dr., after I (her Mother) along with her Husband, stepped out shortly, the Mid-Wife & Dr. made the decision to do a C-Section, putting my Daughter in distress & telling her the baby may not make it if they wait for her to continue in labor. By the time family got back to the room, they were done with the procedure, & the Midwife had taken pictures of the baby with HER own camera, WITHOUT the family's permission, flashing the pictures to us. This is not OK & is unacceptable! Now my Daughter is set back from this unnecessary C-Section, all because the Doctors are money greedy & impatient. The Dr. was very nonchalant, unfriendly & arrogant afterwards. So disappointing. They had an excuse for every question we asked, in disagreement of the C-Section.We plan to take this matter seriously & report this, as well as write a detailed letter to the hospital Director. In the meantime, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. The only good from our experience; the Nurses were all great, & my Daughters baby is healthy. Novant Dr's, do better with your patience on laboring Mothers, & stop opting to do C-Sections when you know it's not necessary. The GREED for money over a patient's health is very disturbing.

Recently had outpatient lithotripsy at Novant Huntersville. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and warm. One stood out the most though, Dorothy-RN in Surgical was hands down the best at her profession. Her presence just put you at ease and I'm grateful to have had encountered her.
