I had a very good first time experience. I had a migraine going into the office. The staff realized this and cut the lights off in the exam room for me without even asking. Dr. Onafowokan came in and immediately knew my situation. He took his time examing me and even cut the lights off and used his flashlight to work on his computer so the light wouldn't be so painful. Exceptional patient care. The wait time was a little long but it was justifiable being he took his time helping his patients to the maximum. I would absolutely recommend him as a Dr.

I love this office, and people that work there, I am willing to go back to this office... I moved away from Fayetteville NC, now I'm back getting in touch with the office for an appointment

DO NOT GO HERE! The waiting and examination rooms are dirty, the staff is disorganized and the doctor is only concerned with having you make as many office visits as possible so he can charge the insurance. He refused to give refills without an office visit for medicine needed for life. I personally witnessed another patients confidential health information because they left it on the computer screen when I was in an examination room. You are guaranteed a long wait, even if you have an appointment. Once I waited two hours and finally gave up and left, which I was lucky enough to be able to do since the receptionist forgot to collect the co-pay! I could go on and on listing many examples of their ineptitude, but I won't and will just give you this advice: FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR . . . THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!

So rude today! I had to call out of work to come in because they don't see anyone after 3:30 pm. Go in for same conditions that I had 3 weeks ago. The PA treated me like it was my fault it didn't clear up. Only to realize there a list of medicine that doesn't work for the condition I had. Ask for a doctor note for work. If she could extend it for 2 days make sure I well enough to attend work. My job is very physical. She tell me no! If I don't feel any better to come back and get another note. Okay ma'am! So go to the check out clerk she was so rude! Serving a lot of neck rolls and attitude for no reason. I was looking to make this Doctor offices my home because a lot of my family goes here. I can't come spend my money and give my insurance if you are going treat me so rudely.

The one star is only because you have to choose between 1 and 5. The worst staff ever they are rude speaking to you like your the dirt under their shoes. Speaks about your public health information in the hallway in front of others, the doctors included. Have the videos to prove it will be contacting the board of doctors center to let them know how they are treating their patients with such neglect and malpractice. I don't understand how they are still conducting business. As a doctor you take an oath and that doesn't seem to matter anymore. The lady at the front desk seemed very nice until she wasn't I asked her do you hear how she was speaking to me she replies what am I to do its my job here. There's little to none decent people left in the world and seems everyone has forgot about right and wrong. Its just about self.
