Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute - High Point

Having visited this office several times in the last 6 months, I have experienced only the very best of efficient, competent professional care. Dr. Tyson, PA Kristen Wright, RN Joanne, and the CNA are all wonderful. The front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful too! I do not understand the low reviews because I could not imagine a better medical group.

Staff and nurses are great but the others just doesn't seem to care about your concerns and just wanna do what they wanna do and don't listen. Will most likely be finding a new place to go.

Had an appointment at This office in High Point today at 10am. At 10:35 after sitting in room for 45 minutes I went to desk to see what was keeping the provider. A nurse went to find where she was. She came into room and said she was sorry she had gotten sidetracked with a patient (patient was not in office). I understand things happen but she or a nurse could have stopped by to say we are running behind we will be there as soon as we can. They forgot us! Had I not went out and checked we would have continued to sit. This was an issue for us since we had staff waiting on us at Novant Hospital in Kernersville to pickup my husbands mother and get her to a Rehab Center in Winston due to a stroke and we had rooms tied up at hospital and Rehab Center. There should be a process where nurses double check to ensure everything is running as expected. Three nurses were sitting at the desk talking.

Dr Causey is a very good doctor. He is easy going and takes time to listen .
