We have always had a good experience at this urgent care. I find the staff to be friendly and the doctors to be knowledgeable. At my most recent visit, my son needed stitches and they went out of their way to help us not have to go to the hospital and wait hours to be seen. I noticed when we left the office that they had already closed down for the night, but the NP that saw us stayed late to make sure my son was okay.
Excellent experience here! The virtual forms really helped save time at check in! Wait time was decent but worth it because of how friendly the staff was! Dr. Paul Neagle had the best personality and was so down to earth. He explained everything a d made sure to answer all my questions. Never felt rushed at all. Highly recommend!
My family cannot say enough about AFC Urgent Care in Hickory. We've used them several times and always have a great experience. The staff are lovely, the providers are caring and efficient, and I love that they have such flexible hours! We use AFC pretty much exclusively outside of true PCP needs!
This is my first experience in an urgent care clinic and I have to say it was amazing! From the moment I walked in the door the reception was warm and concerned for my visit. My PA MyGao was even more amazing. She was informative and genuinely caring. She explained every detail and answered my question fully! I would switch my primary care to her if it were possible! If I were to need to return, you can count on it would be AFC in Viewmont!!!
