The most professional and caring medical team. Really no wait time with appointments. The team there totally communicated with me every moment of my appointment. Loved my Doctor. Very clear explanations as to her assessment of my condition and a good sense of humor. Is there a six I could give this place. I would.

I've now been to three appointments with three different trainers, and it has been a great experience! All this training has made me a better beachcomber, which is where I am right now! Oak Island, NC.

Stacy at the Advent Health Osteoporosis Clinic was wonderful. She was very informative about my new diagnosis, she was very knowledgeable, very personable and friendly. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and approachable. I am so thankful I was referred to this clinic. The building was very clean and nicely decorated.

Dr. Stanlford is a great doctor and surgeon. His whole team is friendly, personable and efficient. They do a wonderful job and really care about the patients. Everything is explained well and great care is taken. I drove from 2 counties away to see them and it was worth every mile. He preformed nose surgery in 2021 and I have never breathed better. I highly recommend him and Advent health over anyone else.

I've been a patient here for a few and have always had a great experience. My most recent visit was also great experience. I would normally rate them 5 stars. The reason for 3 stars is because two days after my visit I received a bill from Labcorp for services rendered at Asheville Urology, something that has never happened before. I called Asheville Urology to find out why I was being billed by a third-party and was just told to call labcorp. I called labcorp and the verified the service was generated by Asheville Urology. Labcorp did not receive any of my insurance information from Asheville Urology and was billing me for the service. Asheville Urology drew the blood at their office and from my perspective there was no involvement from labcorp. If something changed on the way they are doing business it should be communicated to the patient and I believe that they should have shared my insurance information as well and not let the patient receive a text message third-party looking for payment. My first thought was it was a spam text message. If something has changed and apparently it has, it should be clearly and proactively communicated to the patient. Poor customer service on my opinion. Just to be clear, the office and staff are top notch.
